About the author
Adventures with Maverick began as a passion project by Heather George, inspired by her own curious goldendoodle, Maverick. What started as one dog's real-life antics grew into a warm picture-book world where kids can explore Sunnyvale alongside Maverick and Lila. Heather writes and illustrates the series through her company, Marketing Maverick LLC.
